Great service from these guys. Hot water service failed overnight and wasn't sure who to use but I'm glad I went with KMS. They had a new system in by 4pm. They were very thorough in making sure everything would piece together. Adrian is duel trade so no need for a plumber and a sparky and not just a restricted electrician so no dodgy jobs like you often get. I am an electrician and I can assure the the installation was perfection. They tidied up perfectly afterwards and you wouldn't have known work had been done. I'll be keeping their number by the fridge for next time. Very happy. Thanks

I called KMS Services as my hot water system had stopped working. I was told by other companies it couldn’t be repaired, however, within the same day KMS came out and repaired the system and I now have hot water again! I can’t recommend KMS enough, they we’re very professional and had fair pricing.

Recently got a Rinnai hot water system installed by KMS. Very happy with the customer service, price, and the job they did. My old system was out of service but they were able to put the new one in the next day, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend KMS.

KMS recently installed an EvoHeat system at our place. KMS Services, before you go and seek another quote, you will be disappointed, if you went pass this team. From the moment we called and spoke to Karen, and her advise and directions, we realised our 20 year old HWS was in dire need of replacing. We picked the RIGHT company, for Professionalism, Pricing, and Workmanship, we can not endorse them enough, within one day we have a new HWS OUT with the OLD and IN with the NEW. KMS - Adrian, and son installed our new system and briefed us on how to care for the new unit, and then took away all the material, inclusive of the old unit, ONE WOULD NOT KNOW THEY HAD BEEN EXCEPT FOR THE NEW CYLINDER. After calling numerous hot water companies on the Gold Coast (some of which didn’t even get back to me), I called KMS services to repair my electric hot water as it was no longer producing hot water. They were very prompt and came out and repaired my system in the same day. The whole process was easy and professional and I would 100% recommend KMS services.

I had a leakage with my old Electric Hot Water System & called up KMS services for advise & recommendations of a new hot water system & they suggested the EVO270. I did up bit of read up on it & found it to be a very efficient system with great reviews so I called KMS services back & they were at my place with the delivery of the new system in no time. I was very impressed in the efficiency & professionalisms of the services provided. Thanks guys for a great job.

My Rheem electric hot water system stopped working suddenly on a Friday afternoon and I had no water, with visitors due to be arriving for the weekend. I called around and was told I needed a new system and I would have to wait until the following week. I then spoke to KMS Services and they came out Saturday morning and repaired my system!nWithin 2 hours I had hot water again. Thanks so much KMS, I couldn't be happier with the professional service and I would highly recommend!

Very cheap service and company. Does not recommend at all. I detected a faulty thermostat in my water heater and I called them in to give me a quote. The very first time I called they agreed to waive the 50$ fee for quoting and sent someone to inspect. After inspection I talked to a different person and asked for a quote. Surprisingly they insisted on 50$ service fee they agreed to waive in the first place, saying that we will waive only if you get us repair/replace it. The lady was so rude and I was under the impression they think I am stealing something from them. I paid them 50$ to put an end to this horrible service. Later they sent me a quote which had nothing about how much does it cost to fix it. Only an expensive replacement quote. So unsatisfied and unhappy with them.

Dealing with Adrian has been a pleasure. He gave me good advice about the hot water replacement I would need and provided a competitive quote immediately. On the day Adrian kept me updated about his arrival time enabling me to remain at work. He left the work area clean and dry. A pleasure to meet and deal with.

I called KMS Services this morning as my hot water system was leaking and I had no hot water. I was more than happy with the service I received. From the first phone call the customer service was outstanding and Karen on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I received a very competitive free quote over the phone and by the afternoon I had a new system completely installed. Would definitively recommend KMS Services, they provided a professional service and high quality workmanship!

The people from KMS, Adrian and Oliver were exceptional and extremely helpful. Adrian even phone me back on a Sunday to answer questions and give me guidance and advice on slab sizes that I was doing myself. Install was a dream and so professional with both Adrian and his offsider doing a professional and tidy job. I wish other companies had the same high standards and ethics that this Company and its staff display.... well done guys... I will certainly be recommending you to everyone I know.

KMS Plumbing attended my house on the same day I called them as our hot water system had died. I found them to be extremely helpful, prompt and reliable and they provided excellent service. Very neat and tidy work and left the premises clean and in good order. I would highly recommend them.

Our hot water system died on a Wednesday and KMS installed the new one plus a heat pump on the Friday morning. I was invoiced the quoted amount so no surprises come payment time and the work was outstanding and very neat. As they are both plumbers and electricians, they did the whole job too saving me time. If you have to spend money, spend it with a family run business. Cheers Graham

Oliver and Andy were fantastic - can highly recommend them. We had been given a quote from another plumber that we felt was way too high so called KMS for a second opinion. They were able to give us a reasonable quote with an explanation of the cost breakdown to replace our broken water heater. They were able to replace our heater the next day and were on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. 5 star service :) thanks guys.

Originally booked a service for an old Saxon water heater but it had past it's use by day. Adrian and Oliver were great, very professional, friendly and explained why the cylinder was best to be replaced. They did the job then and there and cleaned up after. If you need an excellent friendly team, look no further than KMS for any hot water concerns you might have. They also like a cuppa and deserved it. Thanks guys.

They arrived on time as promised, repaired my leaking hot water system and left the site clean and tidy. Also, the customer service over the phone was friendly and helpful at all times. We found KMS Services to be very efficient. The office staff, technical and installation were all handled in a most professional manner. As the heat pump had to come from China at a difficult time, KMS installed a temporary one until our one arrived, of which we were most thankful.

About a month ago I had a new EVO270 hot water system installed by KMS Services. Prior to the installation all contact with KMS was efficient with all questions being answered promptly. Quotations were received in a timely manner and proved to be competitive. The installation occurred at the appointed time and was carried through in an efficient tradesman like manner. In fact the installation is well above average. The system itself is quiet and at this stage is performing perfectly.

I found the experience of dealing with KMS Services to be very positive and satisfying. The price of the Aquamax Squat 160L hot water system was quite competitive, while the standard of service both from the company's Sales Administrator and the technician who installed the system was superb. The Sales Administrator Oliver provided me with full and accurate responses to all questions prior to my acceptance of the company's quotation. Due to exceptional circumstances there was a delay in installation past the scheduled time, but Oliver notified me about this in advance and then gave me an hour's notice before the technician arrived later in the day. Despite a difficult and tiring day he installed the system promptly and seamlessly, and with very good humor. The system itself is now operating beautifully and silently.

Turnaround was quick. Replaced 25yo hot water system, took old one away. Very professional to deal with. Both electrical and plumbing work were of high standard. Plumber observed lower water pressure in the house and gave recommendations. Yes we recommend and would consider using you again :-)
